interim management

An interim or part-time marketing manager can be the perfect solution if you know you should be doing more to actively market your business but don’t have time to do it yourself or the funds to employ a full time marketing person.

Your business could benefit from a marketing manager who comes in for a few hours a week or a few days a month. As much or as little as your business needs to actually implement all of the things that need to be done.

In the course of my career I have worked with a host of different teams and organisational structures and find it easy to fit in with a variety of people and the way they like to work. To be efficient, a part-time marketing manager has to be able to hit the ground running.

What actually needs to be done will vary from business to business. You might need to know why your best customers buy from you and where you can find more of them.

You might need to put a marketing plan into place and then set up a system so that ongoing marketing activity can be handled more easily.

One clear benefit of a part-time marketing manager is that they work inside your organisation. They get to know your business and really understand your needs and what solutions will work best and, just as importantly, be practical.
